Mia Casa Properties was founded by Mohsina Mia Amod in 2015 after spending 14 successful years in the real estate brokerage business with companies based in Durban. Mohsina had the vision to expand beyond traditional sales and lease transactions, and to provide a complete service in the property industry which includes sales, leasing, consulting, management services and sectional title management.
Mohsina’s understanding of the property sector of the economy is widespread and is accompanied by her Bcom degree which is an added bonus in terms of providing advice on investments. My members of the management team are handpicked with every one of them holding a degree in finance and commerce.
Shafee Amod
Shafee holds a Bcompt honours degree. He has over 25 years of experience in valuation of property, land and businesses in the banking sector as well as one of the parastatals. Shafee had held an FFC from the estate agency board since 2013.
Zakaria Seedat
Zakaria holds a Bcom (law) degree with over 21 years of management and sales and is currently 3 years in the property industry. Zakaria has held an ffc from 2012. His expertise lies in commercial (business, retail and industrial) and also assists in residential sales and letting.
Yunus Hassan
Yunus is a chartered accountant with 25 years of financial experience serving in various senior positions, group executives in corporate companies. Yunus’s expertise lies in consulting and setting up of retail businesses as well valuation including a knowledge on feasibility studies and the micro economies of the sector.
